Our seawater pool area includes a swimming pool at 28°C, a Roman-style bath at 36°C, a whirlpool bath at 32°C and a seawater waterfall pool at 32°C. In the sauna area, you can enjoy a Finnish sauna at 90°C, a caldarium as a Roman steam bath at 40 to 50°C, and a tepidarium at 37 to 39°C.

Thalasso uses the soothing power of the sea, for example in the form of seawater, seaweed, marine mud and sea salt. Treatments at the North Sea Thalasso Spa can support relaxation, regeneration and general wellbeing. Our spa team will be happy to advise you personally on which treatment is best suited to you.
Yes. Our pools are supplied with real North Sea water. The Badhotel Sternhagen has its own seawater pipeline for this purpose.
