Around 4,000 bottles from the world’s most renowned wine regions are stored across three levels in our walk-in wine cellar. Each one has been chosen with care, not by name or origin alone, but by character. The result is a collection that does not present variety loudly, but allows it to be experienced quietly. Our wine cellar is looked after with great dedication and professional depth by our sommelier Anika Feldmann. Her aim is to find the right wine for every moment, whether as an accompaniment to a menu or as an experience in its own right. After all, a good wine tells more than where it comes from. It speaks of time, craftsmanship and attitude.
Our wine cellar is not only a place for storage, but a place of encounter. As you move through its different levels, new perspectives open up: bright white wines, mature red wines, rare specialities and, again and again, the invitation to pause, discover and enjoy.
Whether as part of a guided tasting or in a more individual setting, we invite you to discover our wine cellar. On the first Tuesday or Friday of every month at 6.30 pm, we alternately offer wine tastings and themed tastings, each including a short seminar. Our wine list has received international awards for many years, including several distinctions from the renowned magazine Wine Spectator. For us, this is both confirmation and motivation.
